Monty’s Surprise Apple Trees –

All of our trees for 2026 have now found new homes.
If you would like to be added to our waiting list for next year’s distribution, we’d love to hear from you. Please get in touch, and we’ll add your name to the list.

Each year we graft Monty’s Surprise Apple trees to give away during winter months (June to August). These are small, one year old bare-rooted trees. You can collect one from us in Whanganui, or we can courier the tree to you at your cost.

Approximate courier costs are:

  • Lower North Island – New Plymouth to Napier and below $18.10 (plus $5.40 if rural)
  • Upper North Island – $27.20 (plus $5.40 if rural)
  • South Island – $41.00 (plus $5.40 if rural)

We also welcome any donations to help us continue our work.
