Golden/Orange Tomato Seeds

Tomato seeds should be planted indoors in September for transplanting outside when there is no risk of frost.

The Trust makes seeds of these varieties freely available as a well being initiative for all New Zealanders, and gratefully accepts any donations to help us continue our work.

To obtain 5 packets of our best varieties, please send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to:

Heritage Food Crops Research Trust

Heirloom Bean Seeds

Common and Runner beans are best sown outdoors in October to November, when there is no risk of frost.

To obtain some of our best varieties, send us a stamped, self-addressed padded bag, with names of any specific varieties you would like or preference for green and/or dry beans and we will select for you:

Heritage Food Crops Research Trust

Whanganui 4501
New Zealand

If requesting both Tomato and Bean seeds, just send one stamped, self-addressed padded bag.

International

If your country allows imports of tomato seed, then we can send small quantities of seed to you. However we request a donation from you to cover our costs. Please see our donation page.

Please note that most countries do not allow the import of bean seeds so unfortunately we are unable to send them internationally.
